GoodTimes REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The GoodTimes Rewards account, points and vouchers are issued by and are the property of GoodTimes.

GoodTimes Rewards (and its Terms and Conditions) is subject to change, modification and termination at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date to which they are posted on this Website. We will strive to notify you of any changes to, or termination of, GoodTimes Rewards within a reasonable time frame.

We do not accept amendments to these Terms and Conditions.

Failure by us to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of the Terms and Conditions.

 

THE SCHEME

You are able to join the Loyalty Scheme by creating an account online or in-store. You will then be able to collect points on purchases. Points have no value until converted into vouchers or as an online code. Vouchers and online codes will carry an expiry date. The current conversion value of points is 200 point equals 1 pound. 

When collecting points in-store, you must quote your postcode at the beginning of the transaction in order to collect points. At this stage, regretfully, we cannot backdate points if a valid postcode is not given.

When returning items purchased with Rewards vouchers, a new voucher will be issued.

Rewards Cards, points or vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be bought, sold or traded.

 

JOINING THE SCHEME

By creating a GoodTimes Rewards account online or in-store you accept and agree to be bound by all of the Terms and Conditions.

When creating a GoodTimes Rewards account you must supply accurate and complete personal details. Should any of your personal information change you must notify us immediately.

You may allow other people to collect points on your account, but you will be responsible for the actions of these users.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password, and for preventing unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account username and password.

We reserve the right to refuse access to GoodTimes Rewards, terminate accounts and cancel vouchers at any time where there is reasonable belief of breach of these terms and conditions, abuse of the Loyalty Scheme, or any behaviour relating to GoodTimes that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, and supplying false or misleading information.

You may choose to terminate your account at any time by notifying us; however in doing so, you forfeit the right to any points or vouchers already accrued or issued.

 

DAMAGE AND LOSS

We will not be liable for any loss or damage to vouchers or discount codes.
